New tenant customer account establish

If you've newly or soon to be, moved/moving into a home with our equipment, we must, as a matter of safety and liability, inspect our equipment with the change of user. We will pressure and leak check said equipment as well as instruct you on the proper use and ordering procedure of our cylinder (or bulk fill) tank system.

Please make sure to verify there is fuel in at least one tank before making this appointment. Done so by speaking to your landlord/rental agent, or by visiting the "instructions" tab on this website.
