All sales are subject to your account having a zero balance, including annual lease payments (if already a customer) or as handled at the discretion of management. Lease payments can be made along with any order and will be treated as "zero balance" for services to be provided. All sales cancelled during the on site service visit will be imposed a cancellation fee of not less than 1/4 of the total invoice price as paid for by you the customer (min $45). Please make sure you inquire with staff prior to online ordering if unsure of needs (staff not responsible for order choices made by you) and order only as necessary. Return trips for failure to be present for any appointment will be assessed a fee of ($45). Cylinder exchange orders must be delivered whether needed by you or not due to state fuel transport limitations. See "instructions" on this site if unsure of the fuel assessment procedure. No refunds for fuel not used, no matter reason for return (please consult your lease document for full terms). A valid credit card on file with our local in house server is required to hold any account and must be kept current by you to continue service. For new service orders, credit card info will be collected at time of appointment setting by staff. We do not control or have access to any private info provided by you to use this site. Shopify is the service provider and merchant processing your transaction. Credit card needs by us are for incidental charges not covered by online orders or to bring current, annual lease payments that have gone past due. Failure to keep updated information with us may result in delays in service. Allow 7-10 business days for all deliveries. Repair service timeframes based on part needs and or current work load and will vary, please inquire as to time prior to making any purchase.
